DK Consultants of Florida is owned and operated by Dave Krieger, which spearheaded the project after 2-1/2 years on national talk radio. As an investigative journalist and commentator, Krieger is the author of multiple books covering real estate and consumer law and is the current host of The Krieger Files, one of the upcoming featured shows on SQR Radio. Krieger also serves as the Executive Director for the Natural State Community Radio Corp and is a member of the Arkansas Broadcasters Association.

The online broadcast station plans on including live streaming broadcasts on multiple channels along with commercial sponsorships and advertising, catering to the news/talk/variety listener. The live stream is sponsored by WKDW-FM and operates on a secure server that is not connected to mainstream media, which makes it a formidable opponent of the liberal mindset.
